Generate Image

Create or edit still images for a video project from prompts and visual references.

Generate Image is the image creation and editing workflow inside Kepler Studio. It is useful when a video project needs a new still, a visual variation, a background idea, or an edited image asset without switching away from the timeline.

The important part is that image generation stays connected to the editing workflow. You can create a result, keep the original source media intact, and bring the generated image into the project as a separate media item instead of overwriting what you already imported.

A typical workflow is simple:

- Open Generate Image from the editor.
- Describe the image or edit you want.
- Add references when the result needs to follow existing visual material.
- Review the credit cost before starting generation.
- Use the generated image as new media in the project.

This keeps experimentation safe. If a result is not right, the source media is still unchanged, and another generation can be compared or discarded without damaging the project timeline.
